Come here degrade you-self and see the magic you are no where in job market. Bgss is not financial organisation not a bank and not a back office . No company policy. No hr policy. The whole bgss run by one man and he is GOD. If you are good with GODs nearby people then u are ok. Otherwise you are watched u cant have leaves . They don’t care if anyone die at our place they just want you to come and work. U cant have continues 3 days holidays . U cant go out of gujrat without having permission of GOD. As per bgss how serious covide u have it will be cured within 14 days only. Otherwise you are making noutanki. No bonus nothing except salary.

Fix job timing , we get a certificate of DRA-debit recovery agent certificate that is too good, salary on time , giving aspire training to get next level. Give Adjustments if we urgently require. Fun Friday . Started tournament ,

Lift issue, canteen issue, we did not get hot water whenever we fill sick. I would like to share my experience. In the beginning of job joining my neck was paining I went to canteen for hot water or warm water but no help canteen, from anywhere, that facility should be kept. Floor area not good -tiles broken,cleaning issue -cleaning is only for name on the floor and desk , Lunch break time issue , currently canteen has been closed from past 2 months, Keeps AC at high temperature.

No career growth, Working like a data entry operator, In the name of bussiness analytics its excel MIS work and the wont offer u salary based on skills they just want candidate a lower budget,so much repetaive copy paste work... One the the only consider during hiring is your previous CTC and in job description the mention other skills which are of no use in real working. even the dont provide individual Work email ID

Worst company for any self respecting guy. No Hike for 2 Years... don't deserve even a single star. No Positives- Just a big brand company.and management thinks you are monkey

VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career
