There is a lot of politics and the their management doesnt address my issue

Dislikes

They doesnt give me my pending 2-3 months salary. And they have no proved ID card. And i have request them for experience letter or joining latter but they dont give us.

The company atmosphere and cleanliness were very good. and very beautiful place is the location of the company.

... because every shift time contain 12 hours, but salaries are never paid on time. the working hours here are also 12 hours, and in terms of salary situation is very bad. Free food facility is available here but quality is poor.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
