The salary is pretty good and 2 days off a week.

The company really doesn't care about you. Had a few friends who were sick and were not able to attend work,not only were their salaries deducted. They were criticised for not attending work despite the fact that they were sick due to the working conditions that the company provided. No sick leaves or government holidays and their reason for not providing these benifits is cause we get an attendance bonus and we got double pay days. The company has a bad business model.

Working in this company is an nightmare for anyone. Dirty internal politics are toxic, with favoritism and poor communication from leadership. Employees are not respected and there is no recognition for your hardwork. the worklife balance is non-existent with expectation to be available around the clock, even if you got admitted in the hospital due to sickness they wont provide any sick leave and they expect us to come and work but it is completely opposite to the higher authorities. all the managers must need SOFT skills !!! they dont know how to speak with the employees at all, their dictatorship will affect both your mental health and worklife balance as well. they will change the rules according to their wish and they wont let you to say your opinion as well. if we take out and compare with our Indian labor laws this company is one of the most unorganized one i have ever heard and seen. Promotions will be based on favoritism, no appreciation. HR of this company is completely useless. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and respectful workplace.
