... for female employees.. lot of benefits.. Will give a feel like our other home.. package also good.. though the benefits are there the management will do what they required... they won't replace the employee if the process get closed or moved somewhere else.. surely they will play a drama as they arranging for opportunities and on the way .. on the way .. all for good like that. job security is depends on their department or cluster.. in my experience i worked with good team (my team members).. by not with good management (department)..

In my point of view Job security is based of the process because if the process gets over they might send out. Working culture is best compared to other MNC's. Management is very worst. Police's not that much satisfied

In my point of Dislike describes that compensation benifits is very poor to an Employee. Some of could not able to survive with that and there is no career growth for many of the employees, people who close to the team lead and operations manager get better career growth. There's is no accidental death cover and some of it. Their treating of employee is not good in some process

...ut often changing the work targets which creates pressure in working atmosphere. average salary hike at regular intervals.

Likes

Big banner office. Floor and restroom at the higest level. But you cannot get confirmation from contingent to direct staff. Managers are friendly in some teams.

Dislikes

... they work for more than five years as temp staffs and not getting confirmation. Salary is very low compared to direct staffs. I will work 120hrs of overtime every month. But for temp staff its very low for each hour OT and direct staff gets too highly paid.
