Barclays is the worst company I had worked There values and principles are not where followed They have ridiculous management system which hamper the learning and personal growth The management is so toxic that people in Barclays are struggling. Yes boss culture I had just worked for 1 year in Barclays and they had fired me without giving any suggestification reason.They had given me offer on the basis of my merit and ability and donot considered anything while taking this decision and market was so bad that I am unemployed for 6 month.They even had not think on how a person will survive I would like to tag is as the most worst company to be worked

Nothing much. pune campus is nice to be in with many facilities

Too much office politics, groupism, regionalism Fave ppl take away the cream of the bonus leaving very little for others Hikes very less

Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

Worklife balance actually UK Government Bank job from India. Being in captive you can plan your scope and releases with an ease Except USCB which catering to US Barclaycard where there is literally mental harassment while UK is cool.

Here your line manager decide your bonus and will decide your career path , many things in his hand, having a good line manager is your luck.
