Nothing good , other than salary on time that too for 9 hours not 12 hours as staff has to work for 12 hours but paid for 9 hours.

Complete Lala culture, No professionals in top Mgt who has dare to speak in front of MD. HR is making policies in AC rooms that too for themselves. They left the office on time but they have nothing to take with other staff members in the bank. They even don't have guts to raise , else they will be out of bank No work life balance Working on holidays If someone resigns then revenge game starts during resignation period. That's why the reason they don't have Professional people from ICICI , HDFC, CITI, STANDARD CHARTERED,Axis & KOTAK etc

-Slow responce on critical recommended process and changes which can improve team bandwidth, mitigate risk, create BCP of existing internal and external process/agency, reduce cost etc. -Lack of update on existing/ongoing project to involved and responsible stakeholders by project management/development team. Only discussion conducts in limited group member (internal/external). Around deployment phaseab of activity/project, responsible stakeholders (SME) looped, where multiple observations identified and shared by SME to project manager/developer, which could have been identified earlier and taken care of during expectation setting/development phase instead of making change at the time of deployment phase to minimise the TAT of reduce cost incurred in development of new project/product/application

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

...t of diwali for employees is very low only 45 RS 😅. Internal transfer policy Holiday working no any compensation off Back office target is more than sales executive

Employee retention is done by condition and it became trend to hike salary and grades. But it create chaos with employee who are working hard
