Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Worklife balance actually UK Government Bank job from India. Being in captive you can plan your scope and releases with an ease Except USCB which catering to US Barclaycard where there is literally mental harassment while UK is cool.
