Manager is God in this organization,if you donot blindly obey their orders,you might be fired.They will put you in extreme pressure to work.Team politics is on peak.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok,but growth is very slow.Work Pressure is high.You might be forced to work extended hours and weekend as well. Managers do not value individuals strength. Managers will stop individuals from taking any training.

Dislikes

... years. They get very less increment as compared to the one who are newly hired. I have been working in Barclays for more than 10 years still my monthly in-hand salary is less than 1 lac which is so much disappointing to me. Barclays values are just followed on paper and not in practical.

How much max does IBM GBS pays for lateral hires of 7A band. Selected as senior data engineer for Barclays project. YOE : 5.5 , CCTC : 15.65 lpa fixed First they offered 20 lpa fixed due to 90 days NP, but now I am getting released 1 month earlier and holding offer of 24 lpa fixed from Aditya Birla Capital.
