Pros: 1. Good hike and Bonus at year end, 2. Good number of leaves 3. Culture is ok ok, not too good and not too bad. Cons: 1. No job security, as there is no bench system. If project is outsourced then your job is on toss. 2. More priority to female employees than male, 3. Always you ll work for 1+ resource.

...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They provide a salary on time. every time they sport their team members, arrange employee engagements, fun activities, occasional hr connect. Every year they plan for an outstation trip and quarterly a movie for entire back office.

They do not understand the concern of the peeps.
