...t good tech stack and company don't value good employee and technical expertise. They more focus on showoffs As a tech person u can get more pay outside and they don't care about good talent

...evel employees time and views. Company culuture and policies are very conducive. They also pay well and is a great place to work.

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.

...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

Workload is not manageable , any person resigns ,it takes at least 6 to 9 months to refill the position. But there is no reduction in work we do even though we are short of resoruce.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.
