Workload is not manageable , any person resigns ,it takes at least 6 to 9 months to refill the position. But there is no reduction in work we do even though we are short of resoruce.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

Pathetic management, when they want to cut cost they use issuing pip as tool to cut hike and bonus they never spend on anything be it skill development, departmental events, or any other perk don't recommend working here.
