Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Culture is good, good pay master.

Dislikes

Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

...evel employees time and views. Company culuture and policies are very conducive. They also pay well and is a great place to work.

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.

Overall a good company with decent work life balance. Have dropped to the lower band in terms of compensation for mid-senior levels as compared to current market standards
