Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Culture is good, good pay master.

Dislikes

Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

Really a good organization that takes care about the well being of the employees and good pay and work life balance for some of the teams

Dislikes

Some of the roles are really customised and specific to the entity and work life balance is really hard in certain teams where work has to happen on an agile basis

...evel employees time and views. Company culuture and policies are very conducive. They also pay well and is a great place to work.

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.
