Carrier or development growth is slow, though they are working on it but it depends on project and management as well.

Workload is not manageable , any person resigns ,it takes at least 6 to 9 months to refill the position. But there is no reduction in work we do even though we are short of resoruce.

Its the best place to work. Work - Life balance is well maintained. Compensation is also best in market. Employee friendly company. Benifits are also many to count.

Nothing at the moment. No on-site opportunities for permanent employees

Manager is God in this organization,if you donot blindly obey their orders,you might be fired.They will put you in extreme pressure to work.Team politics is on peak.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok,but growth is very slow.Work Pressure is high.You might be forced to work extended hours and weekend as well. Managers do not value individuals strength. Managers will stop individuals from taking any training.
