...evel employees time and views. Company culuture and policies are very conducive. They also pay well and is a great place to work.

Dislikes

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.

Good work life balance with good compensation. World class new office with loads of amenities Overall good company and one should look forward to work with Barclays.

Dislikes

Carrier or development growth is slow, though they are working on it but it depends on project and management as well.

Work culture hike and bonus.

Dislikes

Workload is not manageable , any person resigns ,it takes at least 6 to 9 months to refill the position. But there is no reduction in work we do even though we are short of resoruce.

Its the best place to work. Work - Life balance is well maintained. Compensation is also best in market. Employee friendly company. Benifits are also many to count.

Manager is God in this organization,if you donot blindly obey their orders,you might be fired.They will put you in extreme pressure to work.Team politics is on peak.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok,but growth is very slow.Work Pressure is high.You might be forced to work extended hours and weekend as well. Managers do not value individuals strength. Managers will stop individuals from taking any training.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
