...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

...ace to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Work culture is very good. Pay is above the average market pay. Most important, you will get opportunity to work alongside very smart and intelligent people.

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.

Nothing much. Only thing to be liked is the counterparts outside India. They are supportive and understand what needs to be done.

...tually everything is framework based and mostly development is plugging into it. Less growth and more politics for bonus, hike and promotion. Some verticals have poor work life balance if the work is good. Only few lucky people will get both work and growth.

Pathetic management, when they want to cut cost they use issuing pip as tool to cut hike and bonus they never spend on anything be it skill development, departmental events, or any other perk don't recommend working here.
