...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

Barclays company and compensation are best, they take care of their employees and no salary cut or issues ever, everything on time w.r.t money, a very best organization

Team Management, vision and focus is not good atleast my team were I am working but can't blame entire organization, it's best in Market!

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

Pathetic management, when they want to cut cost they use issuing pip as tool to cut hike and bonus they never spend on anything be it skill development, departmental events, or any other perk don't recommend working here.
