There was no transparency from the management side , flexibility the management was not supportive at all Because of management I have resigned from the organisation however the overall experience in the organisation was good.

They provide a salary on time. every time they sport their team members, arrange employee engagements, fun activities, occasional hr connect. Every year they plan for an outstation trip and quarterly a movie for entire back office.

They do not understand the concern of the peeps.

People at Barclays are very supportive and very helpful and Barclays has helped me achieve many things as got promoted within a year and also they have always helped me to keep a work life balance

Nothing as such but salary could be given bit more compared to market standard

It'sainly a woman biased bank. If you are woman slightest of work will be supported and amplified by top management and a case will be created to market and the. Promote her. If you areen you will die working never get promoted ....dangerous for Mens growth if you join anything below Director level
