Mentally harassed and bullied at Barclays , groupism like Marathi people group together against outsider. I will share my experience what happened with me 1 Your manager will not be firm in there words I was assigned to work on with some task with manager he gave me different information offline in office and ask me to share different 2 Since you are in probation period you can’t do anything just to escape from that situation I decided to work on some other stuff 3 Many bad things they will say you can’t resist this and higher people will think you are doing for some attention this is level of humanity Please don’t get trap in seeing the progress of company inside things you should be aware of very inhuman people. I request Barclays please take this into consideration don’t play with the life of innocent employee

Salary, free cab, Good food for less price, work environment, Sat n su day off etc. But it's all trap. Manager n head are equal as they don't have any power or guts to talk to UK client.

Dislikes

Modern slavery by British in India. You will become depressed, lose your family become ill soon and they don't care even if you die. But they have your life insurance. Poor human resource, no back up plan. Work hours is 12pm noon to 3-4am IST. Everyday. Only few days in a month you will get 9 hr shift. For past few years they make employees to work for more than 12hrs. Bcoz they don't Hire required people for any project. If you already have deadly disease then join this Company.

Shit level of office politics, crazy favouritism, no growth opportunities, no hike and worst of all is management use pip as a tool to pressure employees to work extra and many time even without overtime pay.

... years. They get very less increment as compared to the one who are newly hired. I have been working in Barclays for more than 10 years still my monthly in-hand salary is less than 1 lac which is so much disappointing to me. Barclays values are just followed on paper and not in practical.
