...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They provide a salary on time. every time they sport their team members, arrange employee engagements, fun activities, occasional hr connect. Every year they plan for an outstation trip and quarterly a movie for entire back office.

...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.
