I would highly recommend not to go here better to just take offer and get better counter somewhere else. HR is god and they can come up with new policy anytime they want. No growth opportunity. Boss of the company wants you to always be available also dont go on leave not even sick leave.

While your hard work is appreciated on a daily basis, when the salary hike cycle comes around they forget what you've accomplished.
