Mentally harassed and bullied at Barclays , groupism like Marathi people group together against outsider. I will share my experience what happened with me 1 Your manager will not be firm in there words I was assigned to work on with some task with manager he gave me different information offline in office and ask me to share different 2 Since you are in probation period you can’t do anything just to escape from that situation I decided to work on some other stuff 3 Many bad things they will say you can’t resist this and higher people will think you are doing for some attention this is level of humanity Please don’t get trap in seeing the progress of company inside things you should be aware of very inhuman people. I request Barclays please take this into consideration don’t play with the life of innocent employee

Really a good organization that takes care about the well being of the employees and good pay and work life balance for some of the teams

Dislikes

Some of the roles are really customised and specific to the entity and work life balance is really hard in certain teams where work has to happen on an agile basis

...evel employees time and views. Company culuture and policies are very conducive. They also pay well and is a great place to work.

Functions might get a little boxed in after some time so it's essential to keep moving in / out of different functions to grow.

...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.
