Even though salary, increments are quite good, the work life balance and culture is very bad. There is no HR policy and managers are not empathetic towards employees.

Company Culture including Values, Risk Governance for internal and external customers Internal Technical Support to resolve IT issues asap, Regular Training Programs, Promotions to new learning courses & programs,

Routine movement within departments in short intervals. Salary hike and routine incentive structures Using old and experienced staff for training new joiners and but no credit in terms of salary hike or vertical movement in the organization.

Amongst big names that ive worked with, Barclays despite having its own big brand name, stands nowhere in comparison. The workplace is operated wholly and solely by Ops team, you dont even know who is your HR team or partner is. If you do not participate in their vicious circle or have a diff opinion, you are considered an outcast. This is the worst org I've ever worked with!

A stable and secure job, work culture is pleasant and challenging at the same time. Colleagues and team leaders are supportive of your development and growth. Senior leadership is approachable.

Dislikes

Salary is decent however there is lack of transparency and ambiguity in terms of salary slabs and CTC offered to employees working under same grade/role.

Initial salary offered is competitive Job security and some of the benefits offered are good as compared to other companies

Dislikes

Work life balance, you would be jumping from one process to another within months.
