There is no logic in that. Multiple times informed Management still no issues. So before referral. Think twice to join Barclays AML TM area.

Good working place .very Safety for girls free cab provide food facilities huge cafeteria and cultural activities fun Friday game over all very excellent . But I am really missing

They are given any benifit for temporary staf like permanent staff salary is very low no hike .

Only we get good pay .if we do overtime and weekend working apart from that no proper increament no value for employees

Chennai team not working since one year in lockdown and still getting salary but mumbai peoples are made to do their work. Frequent threats by AVP to teammates to remove from job. No learning. Too much long hours. No work life balance. Software is very bad and no support from IT Team, they do not respond and work in part time from Lufthansa. Middle management are all ex JPMORGAN employees hence people from JP are hired in lot. Groupism exist beyond limits in all departments. Adult scam have also happened between sandhya shrivastava and nirmit lathiya.
