Even though salary, increments are quite good, the work life balance and culture is very bad. There is no HR policy and managers are not empathetic towards employees.

...implemented by Accenture and employees are removed from job. No process change. Salary cut in covid. Chennai team not working since one year in lockdown and still getting salary but mumbai peoples are made to do their work. Frequent threats by AVP to teammates to remove from job. No learning. Too much long hours. No work life balance. Software is very bad and no support from IT Team, they do not respond and work in part time from Lufthansa. Middle management are all ex JPMORGAN employees hence people from JP are hired in lot. Groupism exist beyond limits in all departments. Adult scam have also happened between sandhya shrivastava and nirmit lathiya.

Amongst big names that ive worked with, Barclays despite having its own big brand name, stands nowhere in comparison. The workplace is operated wholly and solely by Ops team, you dont even know who is your HR team or partner is. If you do not participate in their vicious circle or have a diff opinion, you are considered an outcast. This is the worst org I've ever worked with!

Only we get good pay .if we do overtime and weekend working apart from that no proper increament no value for employees

Fixed reporting days to office Limited office locations and basically limited job openings No bench, directly they will fire you... But you can even apply for other positions within the company and get rehired. I feel, No bench is actually good, bkz lazy people don't trouble the hard workers!
