You spent almost majority of your day time with your office colleagues, so this becomes important to have good team around. working with Barclays on Prime Brokerage project with primary focus on OTC Clearing control process helped me to expand my learnings and achieve different targets. Barclays OTC CCP clearing and collateral management process helped me to achieve such roles in market which became backbone of my career. In terms of Career growth such mighty organisation help you become allrounder in every respect.
