The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that Markets reliable with high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Zero job security, Daily we are feeling that today is our last day in the office. Manager have zero knowledge about the product we are working, No any type of documentation. Scope of project is not defined, they just want a developer should make tea coffee for him. Also, this is basically 6 month working company, You will be fired after that.

Bcil is the best management in our view. The entire team supports the work with skill and accuracy. Time is very important and they complete the work before time.

Resident Engineer should make proper plan for leave. Because resident's policy should be different.

Leadership is not fostered & replicated. Only focus is numbers & business profits. There has to be difference between a shop & Company.
