Wost Place to Work. False Commitment by Ajay Agrawal and Never stick on his own commitment. Exploitation of Employee.

...5000 up to 6 month and will give you and 7th month will give you salry 35000.. I changed job in same salary. Giving 1000% performance. After 6 month time will come for disburse they denied and denied fo 35000/- They did lot of politics between staff.. Totally used me for 6 month.. No Job. Security No other benefit in interview later in said will not give due to CIVID. We all know covid is going on so why they said will give benefit in interview he should mentioned thet if covide happend will not given benefit. No festival leaves Desi Culture. Ajay Agrawal Damages Bansal Brand and Images.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
