I am a BE (ME) , i worked in this manufacturing sector for 14 months after my graduation. 1)The VP leads the team in a systematic and effective way interms of productivity , self confidence, motivation. 2)The manager (AGM) and technical head are very humble and give much importance to the freshers. Overall it was a great experience for me to learn the things practically.
