Inconsistent Management: Leadership changes or shifting priorities made it difficult to work on long-term projects, leading to frequent pivots and delays. 3. Poor Work-Life Balance: The workload could be overwhelming at times, with expectations to work long hours to meet tight deadlines without adequate compensation or recognition. 4. Lack of Career Growth Opportunities: There wasn’t enough focus on employee development, feedback, or clear career advancement pathways, which made it hard to see long-term growth in the company. 5. Job Insecurity: Frequent restructuring or cost-cutting measures led to job insecurity, which affected overall morale within the company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
