Salary is less. Practically No specific timings for officers. No work life balance. Frequent transfers. Hectic and complex reporting system. No permission to officers for keeping their family at a city center as per own wish.

what i liked about my job that there was no restriction and target headache. as far as BOB is concerned the organisation as a whole is survivable.
