Transfer and posting policy is not transparent. discremenation on the basis of cast and religion. Some people are working very hard but no value in the eyes of management due to favratism and castism. Some people are getting choice posting on the other hand those who are working hard is only getting transfer on the basis of management demand.

...es.which may lead to non performance. You may not get time to spend with family. Salary and perks are as good as nothing with respect to responsibility you discharge.very poor hrm, there is no guideline about skills require for specific role, anyone can be posted anywhere in any dept regardless their interest and skills.thus if you are good in the eyes of authority or you have some one inside the management you get posted wherever you want and others are posted at toughest post. And you both get same salary if in same scale regardless toughness of job.

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.
