No Job security as being Business Correspondent. Higher Management is good but on lower level all shows their attitude.

Staff shows their attitude because they get salary & we get payment as per our work. Always giving target that has been alloted to them.

Hi sir/madam , I am Manoranjan Podh . I have been working as business correspondent in Bank of Baroda since JAN 2017.As per as the job security is concerned ,my commission has never crossed 10,000 rupees per month.At my link branch (BARPALI-IFSC-BARB0BARPA) the management system and work culture is excellent.Office staffs are good.

Im worked at dena bank visvadr branch. Last 3 year 2013 to 2015 b.c post There are commision base n 5 thiusand rupee salary My work in village that local area n my motive Increse bank profit.....i like banker job if they will provide safely salary...

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Perks and salary good although not adequate. Transfers are granted on spouse ground.

Dislikes

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.
