I think everyone appreciate your efforts but organisations have to think about employees growth as well compensation point of you that employee which is performing better for the organisation shouldn’t leave.

This is the best bank I have worked till now. Very approachable top management, excellent learning opportunities, efforts are appreciated, good work life balance. This is more like a family where everyone is treated with respect.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
