Company culture specially the bhai-bandi attitude between old timers, very BPO kind of environment, tenure and connection is more relevant than the skill of a person (specially new joiners)

Bank of America is one of the best companies I ever thought of working with. Complete job security, everyone is so polite whether its your Front line manager or senior manager, they are ready to listen to your issues and try solve them. Best work culture, they provide work to you according to your qualities and which you can easily manage and at every point of time you can ask your seniors for help, they are very polite in providing you solution.
