Bank of America company is a qualified professional company in my view. I love the fact that I was a part of such a good company. Good management who understands the employee’s personal and professional needs, motivation, work environment is good in this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so good, growth is slow at Bank of America. There won’t be any work pressure but sometimes managers do not give value to the individuals work and there ideas.

Work life balance is good Benefits are over and above compensation offered People over here are friendly and create a positive environment

I like the facilities they give to make a good environment and maintain employees trust for the bank, Nice peers who can guide you for different things also apart from work.

...s bonus per year. No festive gifts are provided. In short less budget they have. If someone leave the bank will be the Salary and bonus reason.

Good salary, Networking is encouraged (too much sometimes!), Volunteering activities.

Dislikes

Company culture specially the bhai-bandi attitude between old timers, very BPO kind of environment, tenure and connection is more relevant than the skill of a person (specially new joiners)

The best company I hd ever worked as this is my 1st job but they cares there employees, they help us and support us in every way they can..A very balanced and benefited company.

It's about the target work and providing less salary.
