Bank of America company is a qualified professional company in my view. I love the fact that I was a part of such a good company. Good management who understands the employee’s personal and professional needs, motivation, work environment is good in this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so good, growth is slow at Bank of America. There won’t be any work pressure but sometimes managers do not give value to the individuals work and there ideas.

Work life balance Working Environment Management Perks and Benefits If you want to enjoy life with job then go for it . It’s like government job. Once you worked here you will not like working anywhere else.

Appraisal and Salary. If you’re going here have mindset that they initially they don’t pay that much but with time you will experience growth if your performance is good

it is a very good company to work with. the only reason why i have to leave company because of compensation and promotion issues.

i have always received good feedback from clients . even thought i did not receive promotion on time and compensation was not revised. not sure how the company is now .

Organization is beautifully structured ,salary wise and other benefits are very good

Management is damn worst and they literally torcher without listening the issues from employees ,for new entry mid level seniors it's very very tough to survive...lots of politics and tech stack wise is very old we work

Local management . Other than delivery there are many things to contribute. Local managers dont care about business and delivery. parallel leadership in india is killing the company. too many meetings without any use. Cab facilities are worst. No proper parking facilities. Heavy rush in small cafetarias.local management talk more about innovation but dont care about basic neccessities.All are puppets of senior managers(dont prefer to call them leaders)
