Company is good, but compensation is not so good for low levels, hierarchy of the company is too big. And all depend upon reporting manager.

The only thing lacking in the company is promotion is very slow and salary hike is also pretty less in comparison to different companies

Benefits over and above the Salary such as Local Travel Allowance, Sodexo Cafeteria Pass, Achievement Awards (frequency and redemption, especially); colleagues; Employee engagement practices; learning portals which can be used to upgrade on technology, management, communication skills are readily available and very easy to enroll into.

Total dependency on LOB for everything - their word is the law with no scope of discussion. Lousy increments and extremely delayed/ conditional promotions. Location-based bias by the management.

Great place to work. By Cultural very very rich company, here employees are king. Compliance with law is % percentage. No work pressure. Full care to women employees. Over all great place to work if you're joing TL/AM not to starting level.

Initial level of employees compensation and growth are very bad just like GOVT. organization. Learning level also not up to the mark.
