Transport is average. Management is messy Management is too much into micro management. With the current team in i am in, pathetic managers and toxic behaviour. Too much of unnecessary opinions given on personal decisions just to take a leave for personal reasons. Too much of favouritism Rude management

As per my experience the Great things in this organisation are below : Job security Career growth Salary / appraisal Work culture / Environment Work life balance

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow even though you work hard as compared to other team mates . Main thing there is so much of politics in Management or we can say that there is so much of favoritism. The work pressure is sometimes high and most of time is average within working hours. In my past experiences I received lot of appreciations emails from Line of business but they are disregarded at the time of ratings and appraisals.

Learning opportunities are there if you are willing to grab those, Not much work pressure, you may balance your personal and professional life easily.

Management is terrible, bias culture, compensation is poor, growth also depends how close you are to the management.

the company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.

Really great place to work. Stable and work life balance quite good. Salary is decent as well as per market standards. Lots of perks and good employee friendly policy
