Job Security is awesome about this organization, salary growth is stagnant.

Dislikes

Company is good, but compensation is not so good for low levels, hierarchy of the company is too big. And all depend upon reporting manager.

Great place to work. By Cultural very very rich company, here employees are king. Compliance with law is % percentage. No work pressure. Full care to women employees. Over all great place to work if you're joing TL/AM not to starting level.

Dislikes

Initial level of employees compensation and growth are very bad just like GOVT. organization. Learning level also not up to the mark.
