Not much work pressure. Can earn decent income. Freedom of time. Contract job of 3 or 5 years.

Dislikes

No job security. No promotional procedures in the company. Salary half of what is paid in the market. No recognition or appreciation of work done. Civil engineers work undervalued. If applying to other government companies no NOC (No objection certificate ) not provided.

...department so there will an IDA pay scale fro Lower division to higher division In Project wing , don't join as JE,SE And AE very low salary Join as AEE bcz salary will be low only but extra allowance with salary sufficient one who hv 8yr experience

As Project work of BmRCL is expanding year after year in PH-II/Ph-IIA/Ph-III aeas, which may go up to 2025,there is enough to gain experience and possible to move to neighbouring Metro Projects for better avenues.
