Organization policies were very strict and everything depends upon MIS and our diary need to be maintained regularly with Values and coming to work culture is Good everything need to be done by /initiate by our roles only it improves knowledge of other product, Management team were implementing new ideas for growth in Values and circulation of business, always give good appraisals for his/her employees in every remark.

Dislikes

Salary is decent, there is lott of work ethics in the management and their culture they respect each other belongings and their acquired businesses, Induction training was given on online due to pandemic for new joinees.

... more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

Working environment not that much good. Employees here are not that much qualified.

...2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department.

...ionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. There are a lot more than these , just nobody should join bandhan bank, at least those people who actually wants to work at a bank.
