There are many people so we are a family as Bandhan Paribar.

Posting distance from home this is main dislike. Performance reating very bad. Salary structure very poor for old staff. Any facility for new staff .Rural branch not suitable for operation due to AC.

... holyday & weekend. Branch closed on time.but you have to spent 9hours in day, Salary on time with yearly bonus.

Pathetic Work culture System backdated No employee trust on eachother Approvel process is very bad you are totally dependent on your BH Horrible current account service most of the staff not aware the current account service process CIB less features Etc etc etc.

...ees. They tend to hire from outside org. and not promote the existing employees. Pay scale is another issue too. Most employees get no incentive. We can work very little and get good appraisal by buttering up our Supervisors. But otherwise its all good!

Work Life Balance is the biggest positive. Pay is good, there is opportunity of growth as the Bank is in its growing phase.

Dislikes

Top management is yet to get out of MFI mindset. So, it has to cover a lot, to be a 21st century Bank. New Ideas don't get enough appreciation.
