...l meetings so bad And collection problems is common that's not considered in my job role but managers does not help Salary structure too bad in my time 2023 incentive time hole hardwork wasted Those servers also very slow for day end same as SBI server s Finnally I recommended you that don't go for work there there is no work life balance only work there I didn't recommend this bank for working

Holidays and leaves are sufficient but approval depends solely on the supervisor. Also, resignation is solely dependent on supervisor and hence creates a lot of harrassment during the notice period. And very long notice period of 90 days.

Dislikes

...ors for each and everything. No support guidance or knowledge shared by seniors. Salary is very poor except for departmental seniors. HR team is very poor. HR does not know any company policy and will never solve any queries of employees. Overall, no proper system & process followed and hence is penalized frequently by RBI. Would never recommend anyone to join the bank.

The only think is there to be liked is timely salary. Work life balance- nill Performance appraisal- nill (Growth comes in seniority basis and how many years you have given to the company. There are so many persons having 7-8 years in bandhan bank but still working as a Relationship Executive though their performance is amendable. Company doesn't care if you have the necessary qualifications and knowledge)

...lly, the workload is overwhelming, especially when compared to the compensation. The amount of work expected from each employee far exceeds what is reasonable given the salary offered. Furthermore, the scheduling of unnecessary meetings at inappropriate times adds to the frustration. Meetings scheduled at 9 PM are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to employees' personal time. When are we supposed to eat, rest, or even have a moment to ourselves? It is disheartening to note that higher management is aware of these issues but has yet to take them seriously. This disregard for employee well-being has led many of my colleagues to resign, and I ultimately made the same decision. I have never experienced such a difficult time in my professional life. While I understand the importance of hard work, this level of expectation is beyond reasonable. I am writing this note not just as an ex-employee, but out of concern for my brothers and sisters who continue to work under these conditions..

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad
