Local management very ved system Like pms rating.......like people good face then rating 5 😡 OTR. Disbursement ete not analysis ...and my office time 7.Am .

... more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

1.Poor Salary structure 2. No department wise communication 3. No defined KRA. maximum is ADHOC 4. Poor benefits and compensation. 5. No value addition. 6. No proper job delegation. 7. Monotonous work This is true..

The only thing to like about Bandhan is that it is bank you get 2 weekoffs every alternate Saturdays and salary is also nic

Every thing in Bahrain to dislike, no infrastructure, no timings you can work for 15 hours in a day, staff shortage, terrible office
