There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not upto the mark according to the job role and career growth rate is slow.

Emerging Bank and Company culture also ,great seniors hired has a brand hr power.fundmentally strong bank and Internal Branch operating process. Very compitive n agressive growth oriented seniors working.learned a lot. Job security is good but Internal politics n punishment Transfer of employees not good. Can have better options. Ultimately better opportunity n place to learn n grow

Like everywhere politics.... Worklife most of time hectic as all private banks Less compensation n other allowance, Incentives Other added benefits like TA DA has to be for beginner level employees Better employee training needed V Tough promotion n appraisals process (not recommended) Salary n benefits ok ok

Bank is so much demanding even the bank is not providing enough services. This makes employee suffer from the customer side as well as bank side.

Dislikes

Bank is paying lesser salary than other banks. Also the upper management is not so good.

Over all my journey through bandhan bank was amazing.....working environment was really very good ...our ABH used to guide us in each anf every aspects....making us always feel comfortable...she was more as a sister than as an ABH.....my Experience in bandhanbank was really good...

Best place for any fresher to start his/her carrers but as per salary package 1.30 lacs per annum,(11000 per month) only no extra TA or petrol expense thats the big issue because at of the month you only get 8000 in your hand & rest of the 3000 is wasted on petrol and all other monthly work.

growth is good but little bit slow and per salary of a BSE you get 11000(130000 per annum) in your hand from which 3000 is used on petrol expencs while marketing and you get 8000 save in your hand which is a pain sometimes
