There is nothing good things that I like in ban labs.me and other sales team members facing same issue.

Dislikes

Company did not give salary to her group employ..they did not gave me my last 2 months salary and expenses and there is no fix date of salary.....they have big zero in management ... company did not follow government rules.they are highring on agreement base that's why they can fire u at any time without any notice.

no training , not salary time or scruty, no service life, only dumping policy, no committment, no claim pass, no full and final settlement

no career growth, no career security, no salary time, so many politicos

I could work freely, as I wanted to. I could make a good work-life balance. Though salary is low, But support to growth is always there.

At Ban Labs, after all the hard work, we cannot expect for some hard amount to earn.

Very much primary base company no any benefit to sales staff. Even noy giving salary slip and any benefit to SALES PERSON

Salary date.. Which is 10th of every month or same time more than 15th othe date.

You will get laddoos on birthday oo md their son their father. Nothing more anyone should expect. Just beware of marketing director, he is too smart thinking other people fool.

It's a lala company, they will tell you all are family members of Ban, and kick you out of company if they don't like you. does any family kicks out without any solid reason.so don't relocate for job it will be your biggest mistake if you do so.
