The only good thing about this company is salary and good increment on yearly basis. Apart from this don't expect any thing from BKT.

...rtment. There is fix timing to enter the plant but there is no fix time to exit. You have to work for 12 hours without any extra salary.

So many good things about the company is *Get good salary on average compared to competitive companies. *No overtime Execpt some occasions,as per policy they didn't force you to perform overtime.

Some of think that need to be improve in my opinion *Old orthodox culture. *Employees engagements.

1. Facilities should be equivalent to similar companies such as canteen and should charge less.(Canteen meal costs you around 55 per day also compromised quality) 2. Work life balance should be promoted.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology. I love to fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global client base. Another plus point i that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.
