...lots of time shift officers are working in 12hr duty due to unexpected reasons. Even after 12hr duty poor salary increment compared to quality and technical department. If any production officer in A shift, most of the time he stop till 6.00pm. Bad HR policies, if want to contact via call with HR team they could not attend the call of anyone except saved contact numbers. I think its a bad culture for production team. Always production team working hard whenever in visit also, benefits in salary not for production. No android mobile phones allowed in company. Its allowed for only special peoples or for above assistant manager only, if we have any urgent work then we can't do anything without android mobile. Those people using Android mobiles till Dy Manager their camera had been removed of android phones.

So many good things about the company is *Get good salary on average compared to competitive companies. *No overtime Execpt some occasions,as per policy they didn't force you to perform overtime.

Some of think that need to be improve in my opinion *Old orthodox culture. *Employees engagements.

...e average . It is good for fresh jobseeker to gain one or two your experience . Basic salary is good with respect to other companies .

Here as a empoly I feel bad that one man show polises . Ego of the bosses are very high they can not lession empolies good session . problem solving system is very bad. And adopted a polies boss is always wright .

The only good thing about this company is salary and good increment on yearly basis. Apart from this don't expect any thing from BKT.

...rtment. There is fix timing to enter the plant but there is no fix time to exit. You have to work for 12 hours without any extra salary.
