Got lot of experience from this company. Studied lot of new things

...culture is terrible.. The owner of this firm treat the employees like a slave... Salary date is not regular.. I got the last month salary after 60 days.. this was sent after lot of calls and talkings.. also they cut the 50 percent of last month salary..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
